Our story is a journey that spans generations and continents, but our heart has always been in the kitchen.

We are Gianni and Francesca, first-generation Italian-Americans whose love of food began in Queens, New York, where our parents settled after immigrating from Palermo, Sicily, in the late 1970s. Surrounded by family recipes, Sunday dinners, and the traditions of authentic Italian cooking, we learned early that food is about more than a meal — it’s about bringing people together.

In 2015, we ventured west to Northern Arizona and opened our first restaurant. Over the next decade, we refined our craft and deepened our passion for creating memorable dishes made with the freshest ingredients and inspired by our Sicilian roots.

After ten wonderful years, the East Coast called us home. From our very first visit to the Treasure Coast, we knew we had found the perfect place to continue our journey.

On October 6, 2025, we proudly took over the restaurant now known as Piú Bello Ristorante e Pizzeria. Since then, we have poured our hearts into transforming the space — updating the interior, refining and elevating recipes, and creating a warm atmosphere that reflects both our heritage and our vision for the future.

The name Piú Bello, meaning “more beautiful,” represents exactly what we hope to bring to our guests: beautiful food, beautiful experiences, and a beautiful sense of community around the table.
